VEGETABLES GRATIN

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Half a stick of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of fine herbs
  • 1 cup broccoli florets (cooked)
  • Half a cup of Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 pumpkins (cooked and cut diagonally)
  • 2 carrots (peeled, cooked and cut diagonally)

Preparation

  1. In a frying pan with the melted butter, fry the vegetables.
  2. Then season with fine herbs, salt and pepper
  3. Leave in the fire until they are soft and remove
  4. Finally, sprinkle the cheese and cover the container
  5. Let stand until cheese melts (with condensed heat).
