VEGETABLES GRATIN
Ingredients
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Half a stick of butter
- 1 tablespoon of fine herbs
- 1 cup broccoli florets (cooked)
- Half a cup of Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 pumpkins (cooked and cut diagonally)
- 2 carrots (peeled, cooked and cut diagonally)
Preparation
- In a frying pan with the melted butter, fry the vegetables.
- Then season with fine herbs, salt and pepper
- Leave in the fire until they are soft and remove
- Finally, sprinkle the cheese and cover the container
- Let stand until cheese melts (with condensed heat).
