TRIPHASE SANCOCHO
Ingredients
- 3 liters of water
- 2 pounds of yucca
- 4 pounds of potato
- 4 green bananas
- 8 pieces of chicken
- 2 sprigs of coriander
- 1 paprika (chopped)
- 3 split ears
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon of annatto
- 2 pounds of beef rib
- 3 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 2 pounds of pork ribs
- 1 big onion (chopped)
- Half a teaspoon of cumin
Preparation
- Start by frying the onion and garlic in a large pot
- Wait for them to brown and add the water
- Also add the chicken, beef, pork, corn and green plantain.
- You also add a little salt (to taste) and cook for 45 minutes over medium heat
- After these minutes, add the potato and yucca to the pot.
- This time you are going to let it cook for another 30 minutes.
- After this time check that all the ingredients are cooked and add cilantro and parsley to taste
- Finally, serve with rice and avocado.
