THAI BEEF SALAD
Ingredients
- Salt
- 2 radishes
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 plum tomatoes
- 1 purple onion
- 2 veal fillets
- Fresh parsley or cilantro
- 1 red hot pepper
- 1 hot green pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 grams of fresh ginger
- A pinch of brown sugar
- 15 milliliters of soy sauce
- 30 milliliters of lime juice
- 5 milliliters of rice vinegar
- 5 milliliters of fish sauce
- 5 milliliters of sesame oil (optional)
Preparation
- Start by removing excess fat from the meat
- Season and cut into strips
- Cut the onion into fine julienne
- Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut the green pepper and the red pepper into strips
- Then remove the germ from the garlic clove, peel the ginger and finish by chopping them very finely.
- Now cut the tomato into small cubes and discard the seeds
- Take the radishes cut them into slices
- Sauté the meat in a little oil over high heat until it turns brown
- Add the onion, green pepper and cook for 5 minutes. then withdraw
- On the other hand, you make a mixture between garlic, ginger, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, vinegar, oil and a little sugar
- You can adjust the amounts to taste
- Then you place the meat with the onion and the green pepper in a container
- You add the red pepper, the tomato and the radishes
- You also add the parsley, cilantro and basil to taste
- Finally, dress with the sauce and mix well.
