THAI BEEF SALAD

Ingredients

  • Salt
  • 2 radishes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 plum tomatoes
  • 1 purple onion
  • 2 veal fillets
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro
  • 1 red hot pepper
  • 1 hot green pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 grams of fresh ginger
  • A pinch of brown sugar
  • 15 milliliters of soy sauce
  • 30 milliliters of lime juice
  • 5 milliliters of rice vinegar
  • 5 milliliters of fish sauce
  • 5 milliliters of sesame oil (optional)

Preparation

  1. Start by removing excess fat from the meat
  2. Season and cut into strips
  3. Cut the onion into fine julienne
  4. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut the green pepper and the red pepper into strips
  5. Then remove the germ from the garlic clove, peel the ginger and finish by chopping them very finely.
  6. Now cut the tomato into small cubes and discard the seeds
  7. Take the radishes cut them into slices
  8. Sauté the meat in a little oil over high heat until it turns brown
  9. Add the onion, green pepper and cook for 5 minutes. then withdraw
  10. On the other hand, you make a mixture between garlic, ginger, fish sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, vinegar, oil and a little sugar
  11. You can adjust the amounts to taste
  12. Then you place the meat with the onion and the green pepper in a container
  13. You add the red pepper, the tomato and the radishes
  14. You also add the parsley, cilantro and basil to taste
  15. Finally, dress with the sauce and mix well.
