Ingredients

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 carrots
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 can of corn
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 400 grams of cooked beans
  • 150 grams of sliced mushrooms

Preparation

  1. To prepare this delicious recipe you need to cut the carrots into cubes
  2. Then cook the carrots and beans
  3. Once they are ready, cut the garlic into slices and add it to a pan with a splash of oil
  4. When you see that it begins to brown, add the chopped onion and cook for a few minutes over low heat.
