STEW OF VEGETABLES WITH BEANS
Ingredients
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 carrots
- Salt and pepper
- 1 can of corn
- 4 cloves of garlic
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 400 grams of cooked beans
- 150 grams of sliced mushrooms
Preparation
- To prepare this delicious recipe you need to cut the carrots into cubes
- Then cook the carrots and beans
- Once they are ready, cut the garlic into slices and add it to a pan with a splash of oil
- When you see that it begins to brown, add the chopped onion and cook for a few minutes over low heat.
- Now add the sliced mushrooms, and sauté everything over medium heat for 10 minutes, until the mushrooms are cooked and the water they release has been absorbed a little
- Then add the beans, carrots and corn
- Add salt and pepper, season and cook for a few minutes. You can serve now.
