ROASTED TOFU WITH VEGETABLES
Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup of water
- 2 tablespoons of mirin
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 1 cup of sushi rice
- 1 head of broccoli (chopped)
- 200 grams of tofu (in cubes)
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 chambray onions (split in half)
Preparation
- The first thing you will do is rinse the rice until the water stops coming out cloudy
- Drain it and leave it in a pot with the water
- Now cover it and cook over high heat.
- Wait for it to boil and lower the heat to a minimum
- Let cook about 13 minutes without uncovering and reserve
- On the other hand, sauté onions and broccoli in oil in a large skillet over high heat.
- Add the tofu, soy sauce and mirin
- Finally, serve on a bed of rice.
