PIZZA
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- Garlic
- Oregano
- Grated cheese
- 250 grams of raw chicken breast
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste (not ketchup)
- Preferred toppings (such as squared ham, sweet corn, etc.)
Preparation
- Start by blending or processing the egg, chicken, garlic and oregano. Important: before blending make sure to remove excess water as it should have a thick texture, like a purée
- Then you add the mixture in a non-stick pan
- Cook over low heat for a few minutes, until golden
- You remove it and turn it over so that the other side browns. Note: if it releases fat, you remove it with a spoon
- Once ready, remove it and turn it over again.
- You add the tomato paste to the base
- Then the toppings that you have selected and finally grated cheese to taste.
