PASTA WITH BROCCOLI AND BACON

Ingredients

  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 300 grams of pasta
  • 500 grams of broccoli
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 100 grams of smoked bacon
  • 200 grams of parmesan cheese powder

Preparation

  1. Start by washing the broccoli, removing stems and leaves, we only need the "little trees"
  2. In a pot, boil abundant water with salt and when it breaks the boil, add the broccoli.
  3. Let cook for 5 minutes
  4. After this time, pass through the strainer and reserve the cooking water
  5. Now heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the garlic there
  6. Then add the broccoli and fry for 5 minutes
  7. Remove half of the broccoli and reserve
  8. Add the bacon and pepper to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
  9. On the other hand, you take the broccoli that you had reserved and blend them together with the cheese and a ladle of cooking water
  10. Then you boil the pasta al dente and then remove the water
  11. You leave it in the pan with the seasoning, the broccoli cream and sauté for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
