PASTA WITH BROCCOLI AND BACON
Ingredients
- Salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 300 grams of pasta
- 500 grams of broccoli
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 100 grams of smoked bacon
- 200 grams of parmesan cheese powder
Preparation
- Start by washing the broccoli, removing stems and leaves, we only need the "little trees"
- In a pot, boil abundant water with salt and when it breaks the boil, add the broccoli.
- Let cook for 5 minutes
- After this time, pass through the strainer and reserve the cooking water
- Now heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the garlic there
- Then add the broccoli and fry for 5 minutes
- Remove half of the broccoli and reserve
- Add the bacon and pepper to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes.
- On the other hand, you take the broccoli that you had reserved and blend them together with the cheese and a ladle of cooking water
- Then you boil the pasta al dente and then remove the water
- You leave it in the pan with the seasoning, the broccoli cream and sauté for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
