CREAM CHEESE AND CARROT

Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • Pepper to taste
  • Half a liter of milk
  • 250 milliliters of cream
  • 6 carrots (peeled)
  • 1/3 onions (chopped)
  • 3 slices of sliced ​​bread
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon coriander seed
  • 200 grams of manchego cheese

Preparation

  1. Take the bread, cut it into squares and toast it
  2. Then cook the carrots in enough boiling salted water
  3. Once cooked, remove from heat and let cool.
  4. In a pan, sauté the garlic, onion and coriander seeds over medium heat in the olive oil.
  5. Once the carrots are warm, blend them together with the fried garlic, onion, cilantro and add 1 cup of the water in which the carrots were cooked
  6. Now add the cream and half of the manchego cheese
  7. Then heat the milk in a pot, add the carrot mixture and incorporate well
  8. Leave on fire until it boils and add 3 tablespoons of butter
  9. Finally, serve with the croutons and accompany with the rest of the diced cheese.
