CREAM CHEESE AND CARROT
Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- Pepper to taste
- Half a liter of milk
- 250 milliliters of cream
- 6 carrots (peeled)
- 1/3 onions (chopped)
- 3 slices of sliced bread
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon coriander seed
- 200 grams of manchego cheese
Preparation
- Take the bread, cut it into squares and toast it
- Then cook the carrots in enough boiling salted water
- Once cooked, remove from heat and let cool.
- In a pan, sauté the garlic, onion and coriander seeds over medium heat in the olive oil.
- Once the carrots are warm, blend them together with the fried garlic, onion, cilantro and add 1 cup of the water in which the carrots were cooked
- Now add the cream and half of the manchego cheese
- Then heat the milk in a pot, add the carrot mixture and incorporate well
- Leave on fire until it boils and add 3 tablespoons of butter
- Finally, serve with the croutons and accompany with the rest of the diced cheese.
