CABBAGE SALAD

Ingredients

  • Vinegar
  • 2 carrots
  • Half an apple
  • Half white cabbage
  • Dijon mustard
  • 75 grams of onion
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream

Preparation

  1. The first thing you will do is cut the cabbage into very thin slices, you will get a very fine julienne cut
  2. Also cut the carrots and the apple in a very fine julienne cut
  3. Then mix these three ingredients very well so that they are distributed evenly.
  4. If you want you can add onion with the same cut and mix with the previous ingredients
  5. Now to make the sauce, you need to mix: 4 tablespoons of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard
  6. Add a splash of vinegar and beat with a whisk until you make a homogeneous cream
  7. Add the sauce to the salad and stir well so that it is distributed among the "strings" of cabbage, carrot and apple
  8. Chill in the fridge for a minimum of two hours before serving.
  9. At the time of serving, first remove the liquid that the cabbage may have released and serve.
