AVOCADO CREAM
Ingredients
- 1 lemon
- 2 avocados
- 1 cup of fresh cream
- 1 sprig of mint
- 1 tablespoon of pepper
- 50 grams of Gruyère cheese
- Half a cup of cow's milk
- 50 grams of double cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon powder
Preparation
- Take a pot and add two cups of water there, bring to the fire and let it boil
- Add two tablespoons of chicken bouillon powder and stir
- Let cook over low heat for 5 minutes
- Now wash the avocados and the mint
- Then remove all the pulp from the avocados and place it in the blender
- Also add a cup of chicken broth, mint, lemon juice, cream, milk, cheese, salt and pepper to taste
- Then blend until you get a thick cream
- Finally, refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.
