AVOCADO CREAM

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cup of fresh cream
  • 1 sprig of mint
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper
  • 50 grams of Gruyère cheese
  • Half a cup of cow's milk
  • 50 grams of double cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chicken bouillon powder

Preparation

  1. Take a pot and add two cups of water there, bring to the fire and let it boil
  2. Add two tablespoons of chicken bouillon powder and stir
  3. Let cook over low heat for 5 minutes
  4. Now wash the avocados and the mint
  5. Then remove all the pulp from the avocados and place it in the blender
  6. Also add a cup of chicken broth, mint, lemon juice, cream, milk, cheese, salt and pepper to taste
  7. Then blend until you get a thick cream
  8. Finally, refrigerate for 1 hour and serve.
