TOMATOES STUFFED WITH HAM AND CHEESE
Ingredients
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 can of sweet corn
- York ham (in cubes)
- 1 package of cheddar cheese (shredded)
Preparation
- Wash the tomatoes very well.
- Now cut the tops off the tomatoes
- With the help of a spoon remove the inside of the tomatoes and place them upside down
- Meanwhile you are going to lightly sauté the ham previously cut into small cubes
- Then you add the sweet corn and grated cheddar cheese
- You are going to stir well with a wooden spoon until the cheese is completely melted
- We already have the filling ready and now we proceed to fill the tomatoes with the mixture of ham and cheese. Serve immediately.
