TOMATOES STUFFED WITH HAM AND CHEESE

Ingredients

  • 4 large tomatoes
  • 1 can of sweet corn
  • York ham (in cubes)
  • 1 package of cheddar cheese (shredded)

Preparation

  1. Wash the tomatoes very well.
  2. Now cut the tops off the tomatoes
  3. With the help of a spoon remove the inside of the tomatoes and place them upside down
  4. Meanwhile you are going to lightly sauté the ham previously cut into small cubes
  5. Then you add the sweet corn and grated cheddar cheese
  6. You are going to stir well with a wooden spoon until the cheese is completely melted
  7. We already have the filling ready and now we proceed to fill the tomatoes with the mixture of ham and cheese. Serve immediately.
