THREE-PHASE RICE

Ingredients

  • 1 onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 eggplant
  • oil to taste
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 cups of rice
  • pepper to taste
  • 250 grams of chicken
  • half a red bell pepper
  • Half green bell pepper
  • Half can of peas
  • 4 fried tomatoes (striped)
  • 250 grams of beef
  • 250 grams of pork

Preparation

  1. To prepare the rice, pour the oil into a pot, wait for it to heat up and add the rice
  2. Let fry for 2 minutes and add 4 cups of water
  3. Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat without covering the pot
  4. Now take the meats, remove the fat and cut them into squares
  5. Take the vegetables, wash them and cut them into strips or julienne
  6. Garlic and eggplant finely cut into small cubes
  7. In a frying pan, heat a little oil and fry the garlic and onion.
  8. Add the chicken, meat, pork and let them brown
  9. Once ready, you remove them from the fire
  10. Now, cook the carrot, the peppers over medium heat and add the other ingredients
  11. Season with salt and pepper
  12. Finally, mix all the ingredients: the previously cooked rice, the browned meats and the vegetables
  13. Let everything cook together for a few minutes and that's it.
