THREE-PHASE RICE
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- Salt to taste
- 1 carrot
- 1 eggplant
- oil to taste
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 cups of rice
- pepper to taste
- 250 grams of chicken
- half a red bell pepper
- Half green bell pepper
- Half can of peas
- 4 fried tomatoes (striped)
- 250 grams of beef
- 250 grams of pork
Preparation
- To prepare the rice, pour the oil into a pot, wait for it to heat up and add the rice
- Let fry for 2 minutes and add 4 cups of water
- Cook for 10 minutes over medium heat without covering the pot
- Now take the meats, remove the fat and cut them into squares
- Take the vegetables, wash them and cut them into strips or julienne
- Garlic and eggplant finely cut into small cubes
- In a frying pan, heat a little oil and fry the garlic and onion.
- Add the chicken, meat, pork and let them brown
- Once ready, you remove them from the fire
- Now, cook the carrot, the peppers over medium heat and add the other ingredients
- Season with salt and pepper
- Finally, mix all the ingredients: the previously cooked rice, the browned meats and the vegetables
- Let everything cook together for a few minutes and that's it.
