SOM TAM

Ingredients:

  • 400 grams of grated green papaya
  • 100 grams of palm sugar
  • 50 grams of halves of small tomatoes in halves
  • 50 grams of clean dried shrimp
  • 50 grams of toasted cashew nuts
  • 50 grams of green beans
  • 10 pieces of peeled garlic
  • 5 pieces of small chilies
  • 100 milliliters fish sauce
  • 100 milliliters lime juice

Preparation:

  1. The first thing we are going to do is peel the papaya and crush it
  2. Then we are going to grind the garlic and chilies with a mortar
  3. Add the green beans and season to taste with palm sugar, lime juice and fish sauce
  4. Also add the dried shrimp, papaya and tomatoes; mix well
  5. Finally, place the papaya salad on a plate and garnish with the cashew nut and green beans.
