SOM TAM
Ingredients:
- 400 grams of grated green papaya
- 100 grams of palm sugar
- 50 grams of halves of small tomatoes in halves
- 50 grams of clean dried shrimp
- 50 grams of toasted cashew nuts
- 50 grams of green beans
- 10 pieces of peeled garlic
- 5 pieces of small chilies
- 100 milliliters fish sauce
- 100 milliliters lime juice
Preparation:
- The first thing we are going to do is peel the papaya and crush it
- Then we are going to grind the garlic and chilies with a mortar
- Add the green beans and season to taste with palm sugar, lime juice and fish sauce
- Also add the dried shrimp, papaya and tomatoes; mix well
- Finally, place the papaya salad on a plate and garnish with the cashew nut and green beans.
