SALMON IN PAPILLOTE

A simple way to prepare your Salmon keeping all the flavor and aroma by letting it cook in the steam and its own juices.

Ingredients

  • 1 slice of salmon
  • 4 onions
  • 3 lemon slices
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Dill

Preparation

  1. On a sheet of aluminum foil we put the raw salmon loin, add the onions cut in half around the salmon and on top of it the lemon slices, the dill and the oil.
  2. We close the paper well forming a package and take it to the pan, cover with the lid and leave it over low heat for 15 minutes.
  3. Once it is cooked, remove it from the pan and carefully open the paper.
  4. We serve it accompanied by the garnish that you like the most.
