KHANOM THUNGTAG

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 egg shell
  • 125 milliliters of water

  • 10 grams of coconut powder
  • 50 grams of bean flour
  • 100 grams of rice flour

Preparation:

  1. The first thing you are going to do is crush the egg shell (very clean) with the help of a mortar until it pulverizes
  2. Then place the crushed eggshell in a container and add the water. Booking
  3. On the other hand, you are going to make a homogeneous mixture between egg whites and 70 grams of sugar
  4. Now you are going to extract with a ladle only the water that soaks the egg shell to another container
  5. And you mix the water with the rice flour, the egg and the remaining 150 grams of sugar
  6. Add the coconut powder and beat very well
  7. Then you heat a non-stick pan and add thin portions of mixture, as they do with crepes
  8. Add portions of the egg cream with sugar to the prepared dough
  9. Then you add a little of the spun egg and egg yolks on top of the dough and the cream. Note: You can brown the egg yolks in a separate pan, let them harden, and then cut into strips.
  10. You only need to cook for a couple of minutes and they fold.
