CUCUMBER AJAD

Ingredients:

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 spring onion
  • 50 grams of sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 fresh Thai red chili
  • 50 milliliters of white vinegar
  • A small bunch of coriander

Preparation:

  1. Start by incorporating 50 milliliters of water, vinegar, salt and sugar in a pot to prepare the dressing
  2. Bring to a boil until the sugar melts.
  3. Remove from the fire and let cool
  4. Meanwhile, peel the cucumber and cut it into thin slices.
  5. Also cut the onion into thin slices and chop the cilantro
  6. Add the chili to the slightly open dressing if you want more heat
  7. Finally, mix them all on a plate and serve.
