CHINESE RICE

Ingredients

  • Salt to taste
  • 1 lb of rice
  • 2 cups of water
  • 250 grams of ham
  • Half a well of oil
  • 500 grams of shrimp
  • 1 breast (shredded)
  • 250 grams of carrot
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Half a jar of soy sauce
  • Half a bundle of Chinese roots
  • 1 tablespoon caramel tincture
  • 1 red bell pepper (julienned)
  • 1 green bell pepper (julienned)
  • 250 grams of celery (finely chopped)
  • 250 grams of smoked rib (Optional)
  • 250 grams of kidney beans (cut into pieces)
  • 250 grams of pork (cut into strips)
  • 250 grams of big-headed onion (finely chopped)

Preparation

  1. Start by preparing the rice with the two cups of water. Do not add oil or salt
  2. Meanwhile, sauté all the vegetables in the oil (except the Chinese roots) for about 10 minutes.
  3. Then you add the Chinese sauce, the soy sauce and the caramel tincture
  4. Stir and add the Chinese roots
  5. You are going to leave cooking for another 15 minutes
  6. Then you are going to mix the rice and the meats simultaneously with the vegetables
  7. And mix all the ingredients so that the flavors are incorporated
  8. Finally, let it dry for approximately 35 minutes or until the rice is loose.
