CHINESE RICE
Ingredients
- Salt to taste
- 1 lb of rice
- 2 cups of water
- 250 grams of ham
- Half a well of oil
- 500 grams of shrimp
- 1 breast (shredded)
- 250 grams of carrot
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Half a jar of soy sauce
- Half a bundle of Chinese roots
- 1 tablespoon caramel tincture
- 1 red bell pepper (julienned)
- 1 green bell pepper (julienned)
- 250 grams of celery (finely chopped)
- 250 grams of smoked rib (Optional)
- 250 grams of kidney beans (cut into pieces)
- 250 grams of pork (cut into strips)
- 250 grams of big-headed onion (finely chopped)
Preparation
- Start by preparing the rice with the two cups of water. Do not add oil or salt
- Meanwhile, sauté all the vegetables in the oil (except the Chinese roots) for about 10 minutes.
- Then you add the Chinese sauce, the soy sauce and the caramel tincture
- Stir and add the Chinese roots
- You are going to leave cooking for another 15 minutes
- Then you are going to mix the rice and the meats simultaneously with the vegetables
- And mix all the ingredients so that the flavors are incorporated
- Finally, let it dry for approximately 35 minutes or until the rice is loose.
