CAUSE LIMEÑA
Exquisite recipe that is distinguished by the delicious flavor provided by the yellow potato along with the lemon.
Ingredients
- 2000 grams yellow potato
- 500 grams of chicken breast
- 125 grams of red onion
- 280 grams of cream cheese
- 500 grams of lemon
- 60 grams of yellow pepper
- 80 grams of coriander
- 80 grams of olives
- 60 milliliters olive oil
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- Thyme and bay leaf
- Fresh cheese
Preparation
- We start by cooking the previously peeled potatoes with salt.
- In another container cook the breast with salt, thyme and bay leaf.
- While we cook the potatoes and the chicken we are going to cut the onion into brunoise and marinate in the lemon juice along with salt and pepper.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, we proceed to crush them until they form a dough.
- Make a purée with the lemon juice, add yellow pepper, coriander and oil.
- Once the chicken is cooked, we are going to dismember it and mix it with the cream cheese, the boiled egg, the onion and the olives.
- With the help of a mold, shape the dough and place a base to put the filling and again place another layer of puree.
- Finally decorate with olives, fresh cheese and cut hard-boiled eggs.
