CAPRESE PASTA SALAD
Ingredients
- Salt
- Olive oil
- fresh basil
- Ground black pepper
- 150 grams of dry short pasta
- 150 grams of mini fresh mozzarella
- 20 cherry tomatoes of assorted colors
Preparation
- Start by boiling some water in a pot.
- Add a little salt to the water and add the pasta
- Let cook for the time indicated by the manufacturer
- Now you drain the hot water and then add plenty of very cold water to quickly stop the cooking. Booking
- Then you wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half or in quarters, to taste
- Then you drain the mini mozzarellas
- Now you are going to mix everything together with the pasta
- Season to taste and dress with a little extra virgin olive oil
- Finally, add a few fresh basil leaves, previously washed and dried, and serve.
