CAPRESE PASTA SALAD

Ingredients

  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • fresh basil
  • Ground black pepper
  • 150 grams of dry short pasta
  • 150 grams of mini fresh mozzarella
  • 20 cherry tomatoes of assorted colors

Preparation

  1. Start by boiling some water in a pot.
  2. Add a little salt to the water and add the pasta
  3. Let cook for the time indicated by the manufacturer
  4. Now you drain the hot water and then add plenty of very cold water to quickly stop the cooking. Booking
  5. Then you wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half or in quarters, to taste
  6. Then you drain the mini mozzarellas
  7. Now you are going to mix everything together with the pasta
  8. Season to taste and dress with a little extra virgin olive oil
  9. Finally, add a few fresh basil leaves, previously washed and dried, and serve.
