BIOF SALAD

Ingredients

  • 12 olives
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 chicken breast
  • Mayonnaise (to taste)
  • 5 pickled cucumbers
  • 20 flat green beans

Preparation

  1. Start by cooking the potatoes with skin in abundant water with salt.
  2. After about 10 minutes cooking, add the peeled carrots and let cook another 12 minutes
  3. Then let cool and peel the potatoes
  4. On the other hand, you cook the chicken breast and eggs
  5. Meanwhile, cut the potatoes and carrots into small squares half a centimeter on a side and place them in a large bowl
  6. You also cut the chicken breast into pieces of the same size and add it to the bowl
  7. Stir to mix well
  8. Add the olives, the chopped hard-boiled eggs and the green beans cut into small pieces
  9. Then you cut the sweet pickles or pickles that you are going to use into very small pieces and mix them with the other ingredients
  10. Once you have mixed everything, add the mayonnaise and integrate with the rest of the products, giving encircling movements to avoid weighing down the potatoes.
  11. Finally, you deposit it in a circular mold and fill it loosely. Refrigerate well before serving.
